Imperial Osetra caviar
One of the most famous types of caviar, second only to Beluga caviar, Oscietra speaks for itself. It is produced from Russian sturgeon, originally native to central Russia, but now farmed in aquaculture facilities around the world. In France, by law, only caviar from Russian sturgeon may be called Oscietra - a name associated with quality and nobility. With large pearl size combined with an impeccable taste, it is a jewel of caviar production.

Our caviar is sourced from various species of sturgeon naturally found in the Northern Hemisphere. We take care of the caviar from the very moment the fish hatch, as the environment in which the fish grows directly influences the quality of the caviar. Thanks to our long-standing experience in fish farming and caviar processing, we are able to offer you the finest caviar.
We offer two types of packaging—metal tins and glass jars—so our customers can choose the most convenient option for themselves.
Here are some selection tips:
- Metal tins – safe against breakage, aesthetically appealing on the table, but more difficult to open than glass jars and less suitable for long-term home storage, especially in smaller sizes.
- Glass jars – well suited for caviar storage, easier to open than metal tins, transparent, but not as elegant in presentation on the table as metal tins.
