Tradition caviar

The most common type of caviar is obtained from the Siberian sturgeon using the traditional classic caviar processing method. The Siberian sturgeon is one of the most popular sturgeon species in Europe due to its ease of farming. By combining simplicity in production with high-quality caviar characteristics, we are able to offer the best quality-to-price ratio on the caviar market.

Our caviar is sourced from various sturgeon species naturally found in the Northern Hemisphere. We care for the caviar from the moment the fish hatch, as the environment in which the fish grows directly influences the quality of the caviar. Thanks to our long-standing experience in fish farming and caviar processing, we are able to offer you the finest caviar.

We offer two types of packaging - metal tins and glass jars - so our customers can choose the most convenient option.

Here are some selection tips:

  • Metal tins - break-resistant, visually appealing on the table, but more difficult to open than glass jars and less suitable for long-term home storage, especially in smaller tins.
  • Glass jars - well suited for caviar storage, easier to open than metal tins, transparent, but not as elegant in presentation on the table as metal tins.
