Caviar d’Eden

story

Our story began more than 25 years ago, in the early 1990s, in the post-Soviet region. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the fishing industry experienced a decline — it lacked funding and manpower.

We combined knowledge accumulated during the Soviet era and, with the support of national institutions, built our own team of professionals, educating them and giving them a new beginning with the aim of achieving the highest quality in all aspects of production and processing.

Astrakhan was once the capital of black caviar production. During the Soviet period, total production reached 5,000 tons of caviar per year (while today global annual production is only about 300 tons).

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the government stopped funding the fishing industry, leaving it to survive on its own. It was during this period that we began working with Soviet professionals who had accumulated experience in sturgeon farming and caviar processing.

We inherited the extensive knowledge gained in Astrakhan and relocated to the Baltic states. By combining generational expertise with modern innovation and technology, we refined and perfected our skills in industrial aquaculture and caviar processing.

Based on our extensive expertise in caviar processing, we are pleased to offer you the finest selection of premium-quality BLACK CAVIAR at the best price. Immerse yourself in a world of luxury and enjoy the nuances of this truly exceptional product.

The first mention of a black caviar recipe is found in a book
"Libro novo nel qual si insegna a far d’ogni sorte di vivanda"

Cristoforo di Messisbugo, Venēcija, 1564.
